2. Do you use sub-contractors? No, we are family owned and operated. All of our work is done by and guaranteed by us.

3. How much do you charge to come and see what is wrong with my air conditioner? Nothing, we offer free service calls 7 days a week (we do charge a small fee for service on the weekends).

4. Which air conditioner is right for me? There are many factors that go into this decision such as price, noise, size of home, etc. We will be happy to come out and consult with you about your specific needs.

5. How often should I change my filter? This varies depending and usage, pets, temperature, and quality of the filter. However, you should change it at least once a month.

6. Will you provide referrals? Yes, as customer satisfaction is our goal, we are happy to provide referrals.

7. What brand of air conditioners do you service? All of our factory trained specialists service all brands of air conditioners.

8. What does S.E.E.R. stand for? Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio. Manufactures establish S.E.E.R. at 95 degrees.

9. What does B.T.U. stand for? British Thermal Unit. The amount of energy needed to heat one pound of water one degree Fahrenheit.

10. What services you offer? We offer locally air-conditioning maintenance, new ac unit sales/installation, air-conditioning repair and other misc. ac services.

11. What areas do you service? We service Fort Lauderdale, Margate, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach and as well all of the tri-county area.
